This Privacy Policy explains how Tally Globe (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit https://omnibookserp.com/ (the “Website”) or use Omni Books ERP and related services. By using the Website, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form and enquiries: the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message [confirm against your actual form fields].
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: your phone number, name and the content of messages you send us.
  • Customers: business, contact and billing details provided when you buy a license, add-on, hosting or support.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, referring page, date and time of visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

Customer Data in Omni Books ERP If you use our software or cloud access, you enter business data such as accounts, invoices, inventory, employee and payroll records, and customer or guest details. We treat this as your data. See Section 8.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange demos, quotes and consultations.
  • Provide, install, host, support and improve Omni Books ERP.
  • Process orders, invoices and payments.
  • Send service messages and, where permitted, updates about our products.
  • Keep the Website secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Understand Website usage and improve content and performance.
  • Meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Where laws such as the GDPR or similar data protection laws apply, we rely on: your consent (for example, optional cookies and marketing), performance of a contract (providing the Services), our legitimate interests (running and securing the Website and responding to enquiries) and legal obligations.

How We Share Information

  • Tally Globe group offices and authorized partners that implement or support Omni Books ERP, where needed to serve you.

International Transfers

We have offices in Rwanda and Liberia, and our service providers may be located in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your own country. We take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this Policy and applicable law.

The Website may use cookies and similar tools to make pages work, remember settings and understand how the site is used. These may come from our form plugin, embedded maps, social media links and analytics tools. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings. Customer Data and Our Role

For business data you store in Omni Books ERP (especially when using cloud access), you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. We process it only to provide the Services and on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you enter, including employee, guest and customer information. On request we can provide a data processing agreement.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, or to resolve disputes. Enquiry data is kept for [e.g. 24 months] unless a customer relationship follows. After cloud access ends, we keep Customer Data for [e.g. 30 days] to allow export, then delete it unless law requires otherwise.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, such as access controls, encryption where appropriate and secure hosting. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login details confidential and tell us about any suspected unauthorized access.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information or restrict its use.
  • Object to processing, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
